Boise Fire’s Technical Rescue Team is conducting ongoing training this week. The training includes a Structural Collapse class conducted in partnership with Meridian Fire and Eagle Fire. Every firefighter enrolled in the class will earn certification at the Technician level by the end of the course.

The team also practices rescues involving rope, trenches, confined spaces, and heavy machinery. Boise Fire Department has provided an updated status on these activities.
